Madhu Natarajan is the CEO of Odessa and has been with the company since 1998. He has led Odessa’s growth in an industry with high barriers to entry into its most successful technology consulting company. Especially noteworthy, Odessa was built entirely on the company’s own organic success, without any outside investment or debt. Today, it is the world’s largest technology company dedicated to asset finance.
Madhu graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and minors in Business Administration and Accounting from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois.
Jay Mehra is Odessa’s Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the teams that design, build, and deliver Odessa’s products. He has a passion for leveraging technologies to build world-class products, and he is focused on helping Odessa’s customers analyze their technology and build great digital experiences. Prior to his role as CTO, Jay was the Chief Operating Officer of Odessa from 2000-2019, where he led Odessa’s transformation into a multinational organization meeting global consulting standards in delivery management, performance, and quality. Prior to that, Jay worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he designed and developed Intellectual Asset Management software that managed patent portfolios and R&D spending at global companies. Jay also spent time at Ernst and Young, leading the development of the State of Industry report for India’s auto finance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Haverford College.
Mathew Abraham is Chief Operating Officer at Odessa, responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s delivery teams across system implementation and customer support. Mathew has more than 20 years of technology development, engineering and inter-disciplinary business experience, leading global teams spanning across USA, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Odessa, Mathew spent 6 years with Cymer Technologies, where he held a variety of positions, including growing and leading its EUV Source Department and Engineering team. Mathew also spent time at Intel and Applied Materials, leading engineering teams in achieving technical and operational excellence. He holds a Master’s degree and Ph.D in Physics from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Haverford College.
Jeba Singh has been the solution architect of Odessa’s product portfolio since joining the company in 2003. Jeba oversees the Solutions Architecture Group, responsible for the development, ongoing management and the roadmaps of all Odessa products. He also leads the dedicated Research and Development department that drives all technological innovation at the company.
Prior to joining Odessa, Jeba worked for India Internet Media, a joint venture with Excite.com, where he helped deploy some of the largest portals built for the Indian market. He was also principally involved in the establishment of design processes and best practices in software development life cycle methodologies at various mid-sized firms.
Kevin Schroeder has served in various capacities at Odessa since his joining in 2003. Kevin has primarily focused on automotive and fleet leasing, leading large implementations as project manager and then progressively as business architect and program manager. Kevin oversees strategic accounts that, due to size and other special considerations, fall outside Odessa’s normal business practices.
Prior to joining Odessa, Kevin worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he led the development of models for Fortune 500 companies that optimized patent-spend and R&D efforts. Previously, Kevin consulted for various national companies and sports franchises in auditing their capital expenses and budgets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania.
Jeff Lezinski joined Odessa in 2004 and has led and contributed to numerous high profile implementations of Odessa’s products. Jeff is responsible for the overall direction and roadmap of LeaseWave, ensuring its global functional leadership as well as its ongoing compliance with regulatory changes. He chairs the Customer Advisory Board at Odessa and is the company’s liaison to various industry and regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining Odessa, Jeff worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he participated in and managed various engagements from a consulting and an audit perspective for a variety of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania.
Rob Krebs joined Odessa in 2005 and is responsible for overseeing large-scale, enterprise implementations and special initiatives, leveraging his leasing industry experience and accounting expertise. Having led and contributed to numerous projects on both the technical and functional design sides at Odessa, Rob also plays an advisory role to Sr. Business Architects on complex projects.
Previously, Rob worked for the New Jersey Department of Education where he led a transition to Internet-based data collections and co-authored the state’s Comprehensive Educational Improvement and Financing Act. Prior to this, he worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors where he helped improve the software used by the Flow of Funds section. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College and a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey.
Jim Humphrey has led global sales and business development at Odessa since 2008. He has also been instrumental in the structuring of key vendor and partner relationships, putting in place an ecosystem of third-party integrations with other market leading systems. Jim brings more than 35 years of sales, business development and leasing-industry experience to Odessa.
Before joining Odessa, Jim was Vice President of Business Development for Genpact, a global business process outsourcing firm founded by General Electric. Prior to this, Jim worked for GE Capital for over 19 years, where he held various positions, including General Manager of GE Capital Equipment Finance in Ontario, Canada and Vice President of Sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Ravi Pathak brings more than 19 years of IT experience to Odessa, joining the company in 2010. Ravi is responsible for the technical architecture and the technology roadmap of all Odessa products. As such, Ravi drives all the technology choices that make up Odessa’s development stack. He has directed the standardization of Odessa’s development platform so effectively that the platform itself is now an Odessa product offering.
Prior to Odessa, Ravi worked for Tech Mahindra, DigitE, Mastek and JP Morgan, where he successfully led the architecture of complex products and high profile, large enterprise applications. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University in Mumbai, India.
Leonard Lane brings more than 23 years in accounting and IT experience to Odessa, joining the company in 2016. Leonard leads the Product team and is responsible for the functional roadmap of all Odessa products.
Prior to Odessa, Leonard worked for Winthrop Resources Corporation and TCF Bank where he oversaw accounting, IT and operations in intervals. Leonard holds MBA, Finance and Operations and BSB, Accounting degrees from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and is a certified public accountant. He was also a member of the ELFA Operations and Technology Committee from 2012 - 2015.
