Titling & Registration
LeaseWave is comprehensive vehicle and truck fleet management software.As such, it facilitates the
administration of titling and registration against each on-road unit, thereby automating a cumbersome,
error-prone piece of vehicle fleet management operations. The system is designed such that the various
titling and registration related functions, such as plate management, initial registration, registration
renewal, re-registration, etc., can be offered as separate products, as a part of each customer’s various
product bundles. Each titling and registration-related transaction automatically gives rise to both receivable
entries (charge through and administrative fees) as well as payable entries (to governmental authority),
as applicable. LeaseWave also allows for the tracking of internal costing against each type of transaction
such that the actual profitability of each product offered can be tracked at various levels including against
each type of product, customer, product bundle and unit. Automated notification can be set up to signal users
and user groups ahead of various expirations.
