Fleet Administration

As specialized auto leasing software, LeaseWave contains several modules that are geared specifically towards the vehicle leasing industry. Via its complementary fleet and leasing capabilities, the system supports both the administration of fleet services on vehicles (making it full-fledged fleet administration software) and the financing of lease / rental contracts (making it comprehensive truck and car leasing software).

For each customer set up in the system, it is possible to administer specific fleet management services. Via LeaseWave’s policy management console, users can flexibly define the type, reach and extent of fleet management services a customer has access to by setting up customer product bundles, preventative maintenance schedules, vehicle replacement policies, exceptions reporting criteria, etc.These policies, once established, govern the management of the fleet as each unit goes through the lease lifecycle. The LeaseWave auto leasing software generates reminders when preventative maintenance work is coming due, prevents the administration of unnecessary maintenance repairs on vehicles due to be replaced soon, generates consolidated fleet and lease billings as required, etc.

• Generate reminders for vehicle technicians, drivers, customers

Exceptions reporting

  • Purchasing higher-grade fuel than stipulated
