LeaseWave® is an end to end browser-based lease and loan management system designed to support the entire lifecycles of both lease contracts and loan contracts as well as assets. LeaseWave® is especially unique in its rendering of both front office and back office functionality built on a singular code base and the same database. In addition to comprehensive front-office and back-office functionality, the suite streamlines interaction between all the parties in the equipment leasing and financing process including vendors, lessees, brokers and funding sources.
Most lease and loan management systems are either contract-based or asset-based. What makes LeaseWave® unique is the fact that it takes advantage of the best that each approach has to offer. All information is ultimately maintained at the asset level, eliminating cumbersome workarounds for obtaining asset-based information and thereby substantially increasing back-office efficiencies. At the same time, where the user needs to manage information at the lease or customer levels, the system consolidates information at the respective levels. Given this degree of detail, information can be managed, consumed and presented at the asset, the lease level and at the customer level, based on context and user-preference, whether that user is internal or external (such as the leasing customer).
LeaseWave® is comprised of a suite of 120 configurable modules that fully automate an equipment finance company’s operations while automatically generating the accounting entries for every transaction. The suite is designed to be easily configured and customized to fit the exact requirements of each client’s business model.
