Business Intelligence
LeaseWave Analytics is a dashboard-based Business Intelligence solution that allows
for the easy development of ad hoc reports by business users, powerful trend analysis
and for the consolidation of multiple data sources for easy data mining. The entire
LeaseWave suite of products is based on one single database that consists of more
than one thousand tables that are optimally normalized for efficiency in data management.
LeaseWave Analytics ‘denormalizes’ this information and presents it in an easy-to-access
format: as a datawarehouse. Additional source of data from outside systems may also
be added as automated feeds into this warehouse. The system’s scheduler automates
the periodic updating of data from multiple sources.
Data analysis
- LeaseWave employs the concept of a data warehouse of key information for the purpose
of data mining and analysis. This information can be used for many purposes, including:
- Credit evaluation, trend analysis and other correlations- based analysis.
- Assessing exposure within the portfolio across several dimensions, including: sector
and sub-sector, asset type, customer and vendor.
- Collections-related information with respect to receivables aging, leases flagged
for delinquency reasons and exposures.
- Profitability analysis and trends across multiple dimensions including industries,
geographies, customers, products and assets.
- Historical ‘snapshot’ reporting for general ledger and portfolio inquires
Key performance indicators
- LeaseWave maintains metrics-based data that measures business process efficiency.
The processing time of any transaction in the system, including decisions can be
tracked using LeaseWave’s in-built workflow. Bottlenecks in any workflow based business
process can be quickly identified and addressed, on an ongoing basis.
- Obtain metrics based reporting on process times for any leasing operation (such
as lease application approval, customer-service issue resolution, payoff processing,
etc.)
- Set up Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards for business processes
- Automate email and internal notification when SLA’s are not met
- Use an empirical approach to track efficiency trends, gains and losses
User defined reporting
- Data is placed into a data warehouse allowing for it to be flexibly mined and analyzed.
Users simply drag and drop fields into an intuitive report designer, no programming,
report building or database knowledge is required for users to construct and run
their own reports.
- Data may come from both LeaseWave and non-LeaseWave sources
- Reports can be generated on demand or as part of pre-defined schedule
- Administrators may configure the reports to be distributed via email or publish
them in a location accessible by select business users.
- Reports can be viewed in PDF, Word or HTML
- Reports can exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis
