The management of the lease application through a given workflow is a very crucial component of every leasing business. Accepting lease applications and getting them into a meaningful workflow is the first step in the workflow management process; this can happen from various sources depending on business needs. The LeaseWave® WorkFlow management system is built entirely online and so it lends itself naturally to access by external users.
Sales staff working from remote locations can enter in lease application information directly into the system; they can use the LeaseWave® WorkFlow system to determine pricing information as well. Once an application is entered, based on various user-defined parameters and rules, it is routed through a specific lease analysis workflow. The extent of access that each user can have on the system is also user-controlled. So, irrespective of where a salesperson may be located, as long as they have internet access, they can access the system directly.
Companies with vendor-programs can set up special workflows and constraints for each vendor program in the LeaseWave® WorkFlow system. Pricing and decisioning can also be entirely system-driven, using user-defined rules and configurations. As with any other user in the system, vendors and brokers with the requisite authority can enter information into the system from remote locations. As credit-decisioning can also be automated in the workflow management system, vendors/brokers can, if desired, get immediate decisions on submitted lease applications. Furthermore, once submitted, they can closely track the progress of the application; this access can be further extended to the lease’s lifecycle within the lease tacking software system if desired
Other third parties can also be given controlled access to the LeaseWave® system, as appropriately determined. Any party that can potentially enter in a lease application, whether to get an immediate price-quote or to establish a lease-request, can be given controlled access to the system. Potential customers, for instance, would be a typical party for access. Existing customers can also be given access to the system to enter in new lease applications or request changes to existing ones. Every entry into the system will follow designated paths in the workflow-enabled approval process.
