Vendor Access: Documentation

The LeaseWave® Vendor leasing system leverages the functionality of the LeaseWave® Workflow workflow management system to enable vendor access. All the documentation capabilities included in LeaseWave® WorkFlow are therefore available with the LeaseWave® Vendor lease management software system. Documents can be defined at various levels in the system, including customer, lease, asset and vendor. The requirement criteria, formatting and content of each document that is set up in the system can be carefully controlled. Furthermore, documents can also be set up to be unique to each vendor, with full version controlling.

Document templates are used to generate documents automatically. As each document is defined by the user without limitation to formatting, size, number or versioning, the LeaseWave® Vendor leasing system allows for complete flexibility in documentation. Furthermore, actual documents can be scanned into the system and tracked with changes and versioning. So, should concessions and other special circumstances (including those that take the form of riders) be negotiated in a particular transaction, they can be tracked comprehensively. As everything is electronic, the archival process is also naturally implemented, allowing for the easy retrieval of specific documents at any later point.

  • Define any number of documents, even specific to each vendor
  • Use Document Templates to drive the generation of documents
  • Create documents to be used at various levels including, lease, customer, asset and vendor
  • Specify document requirements based on any evaluative criteria
  • Track versions of documents if the business model allows for any changes to documents
  • Automatically implement an archival process for systematic storage of documents
