Vendor Access: Automated Decisioning

The LeaseWave® Vendor lease management software system allows lessors to treat their relationship with each vendor uniquely, taking into consideration the various, diverse factors that might dictate it. The workflow management system is built to appreciate these differences via its decisioning processes. The approval process in the leasing model where vendors submit applications to the lessor is especially critical. It not only affects the efficiency with which leases are turned around but also the vendor-lessor relationship.

The LeaseWave® Vendor lease management system allows users with requisite access to dictate the level of automation desired for each vendor in the workflow management system. A critical component of the decisioning process is pricing. Vendor specific pricing tables and matrices can be set up to automatically derive price information. These matrices take into consideration evaluations made on any variable within the system. Formulas can also be set up, defined fully by the lessor.

Morevoer, credit information can be automatically tied into the process in the workflow management system. Credit ratings, both internal and external, can be set up based on credit reports obtained directly from credit-bureaus; LeaseWave® ensures that duplicative reports (or duplicative reports within given periods of time) are avoided to ensure unnecessary report purchases. The results of credit information obtained can then be used to drive various elements of the decisioning process.

  • Automate the decisioning process fully or to the extent desired
  • Allow vendors to obtain instantaneous decisions on submitted applications, if desired
  • Specify the decisioning process for each vendor, considering the unique factors (including those that are vendor-specific) that may dictate it
  • Define complex pricing matrices and tables to determine pricing instantaneously
  • Include formulas and the evaluation of any variable within the system to drive pricing decisions
  • Automate the obtaining of credit reports from any of the credit bureaus
  • Build repositories of credit information using each report obtained to avoid duplication
  • Enable the ongoing tracking of the decision process by each vendor with user-specific access definition
