Portfolio Management: Reporting

All lease management software systems require extensive reporting capabilities; to this end, the LeaseWave® leasing system’s reporting module is built to be comprehensive, sophisticated and user-friendly. The program allows users to run over 180 reports that cover all lease accounting software and lease management software needs. The query tool that supplements the reporting module allows users to designate multiple search and filtering criteria for each report, enabling powerful managerial and accounting analysis. The internal coding system can be used to sort, filter and sub-total information in each report.

The LeaseWave® lease management system also allows for user-defined reports to be generated with relative ease. If any report, beyond those available within the system, is required (whether graphical or otherwise), users can build it on their own and integrate it right into the system.
