The LeaseWave® leasing system’s integration platforms are all built on industry-standard XML platforms; the LeaseWave® system also uses the latest RDBMS databases available. This enables the LeaseWave® lease management software product to interface with any legacy system. The software comes with a sophisticated interface that allows users to export and import information from and to its database. For exporting, the interface is an easy-to-use wizard that allows users to pick and choose any field from any table in the database to be exported. Field names are simply dragged and dropped and the desired data-output is generated in XML format. For importing, the system is equipped to be XML-ready to tie into any other database that needs to input information into the LeaseWave® lease management database.
The LeaseWave® leasing system comes ready to interface with standard GL systems, such as Microsoft Great Plains. Through a batch process or a real-time integration, the LeaseWave® leasing system can send all relevant information to the Great Plains Integration Manager.
The LeaseWave® leasing system can also interface with most ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle Financials. Data fields from the LeaseWave® leasing system can be saved to a local file for manual upload into the relevant ERP Modules. Within SAP, for example, data collected from the LeaseWave® leasing system is typically uploaded into the G/L and/or Fixed Assets (AA) Modules. This is kicked off from SAP through an upload ABAP/4 program, either using a BDC session (SAP transaction SM35) or a regularly scheduled background job (SAP transaction SM36).
