Portfolio Management: Full GL Integration

The LeaseWave® lease accounting software system is designed so that users can intuitively and accurately tie the lease management system with their GL system. GL accounts are first imported into the LeaseWave® leasing system so that it is in sync with the GL system (in the case of standard GL systems, this process can be done automatically). Once this process is completed, users simply define relevant transaction templates for each type of transaction in the lease accounting software system. These templates need to be defined only once. Every time a transaction is registered, the relevant template is simply associated with it. The LeaseWave® leasing system is also intelligent enough to pick default templates or those that adhere to FASB regulations for the transaction at hand.

The LeaseWave® lease management system will make all entries on a GL-specific basis automatically, at the most detailed level possible (the maximum number of line entries that can be made for a given transaction are made). This information can be obtained through the many GL-oriented reports available or users can even export batch information into the GL system (at the desired level of detail) using standard XML based output. The LeaseWave® lease management software suite comes ready with full-fledged Microsoft Great Plains GL system integrations.
