Portfolio Management: Operating Leases

The LeaseWave® lease asset management software system’s flexible asset module tracks all and any event/s in the life of assets as they move from one lease to another. This is particularly helpful for operating leases where relevant asset information (such as depreciation, UCC filings, etc.) must sometimes be maintained separately from the accompanying lease contracts. The leasing system also allows users to record refurbishment expenses and other costs associated with continuing the life of an asset, while it is in or out of a lease
