Lessee Access: Internet Payments

If desired, the LeaseWave® Lessee lease accounting software system can also be used to receive credit card payments for monthly invoices. After downloading their invoices, lessess can be directed to make their payments online, if they so choose. Using industry-standard bit-encryption technology, the LeaseWave® Lessee lease accounting software system can then be easily configured to receive these payments.

Once a successful payment is made, the LeaseWave® Lessee lease accounting software system can then interface directly with the core LeaseWave® lease management suite to record the transaction on a real-time basis. The payments can be posted into a batch that can then be applied by the lessor as a separate step. Alternatively, the payments can post directly into the leasing system, affecting invoice and lease balances automatically.

• Receive online credit card payments from lessees for their invoices through , the LeaseWave® Lessee system

• Once a successful payment is made, record the transaction automatically in the core LeaseWave® suite
