Lessee Access: Invoicing

The LeaseWave® Lessee lease accounting software system allows lessees to download their invoices right from their web-portals. Every time an invoice is generated in the core LeaseWave® lease management suite, it becomes immediately available on the site. Lessees can then log in to obtain digital copies of their current invoices, in industry-standard formats (PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). The LeaseWave® Lessee lease accounting software system can also be configured to allow lessees to view any of their old (archived) invoices.

The LeaseWave® Lessee lease accounting software system’s invoicing functionality is not only a tremendous value-added customer service that lessors can provide, but it can also greatly enhance internal operational efficiency. Lessors need not answer time consuming phone calls requesting duplicate invoices. Moreover, if desired, it can also be used as a second-generation invoicing utility. Lessors no longer have to go through the cumbersome process of snail mailing – or even emailing – invoices; they can simply direct lessees to the LeaseWave® Lessee leasing system every month.

• Through the LeaseWave® Lessee system, allow lessees to log in to download their current invoices
• Place current invoices onto the LeaseWave® Lessee system automatically, by simply generating the invoice in the core LeaseWave® lease management suite
• Allow lessees to view invoices in standard formats (including, PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• Configure the LeaseWave® Lessee system to allow customers to view any past invoice of their choosing
• If desired, use the LeaseWave® Lessee system as a second-generation invoicing tool where lessees are simply directed to their portals to pick up their current invoices, thereby avoiding cumbersome snail mailing – and even emailing -- processes
