Lessee Access: Asset Management

The LeaseWave® Lessee lease asset management software system allows lessees to manage their assets through their exclusive web-portal. Lessees can view important asset information, by lease, location, type, serial number, VIN, etc. The lease asset management software system allows lessees to also run dynamic queries to view critical asset data. Lessees can, for instance, run queries to learn about all their laptops that are located in California; alternatively, they can search and filter for all assets that belong to a specified serial number range.

If desired by the lessor, lessees can also be given access rights whereby they can request to change the location of their assets. When a request is made from the LeaseWave® Lessee lease management system, a location request record is automatically created in the LeaseWave® Portfolio system and the lessor is intimated of the request via email. If the location request is subsequently accepted by the lessor, the assets are moved.

• Through the LeaseWave® Lessee system, allow lessees to log onto their exclusive web-portal to manage their assets
• Allow lessees to view relevant asset information (such as make, model, serial number, vendor name, vendor invoice #, PO #, location, etc.)
• Give lessees the ability to run dynamic queries to search and filter through their assets as they choose
• Permit lessees to make location change requests on assets of their choosing, if desired
• Automatically generate a location change request record in the LeaseWave® Portfolio system when a request is made
• Receive email notification of location change requests automatically
• Accept location change requests to move the asset(s) automatically
