The access rights of a lessee to the LeaseWave ® Lessee lease management portal are completely controlled by the lessor in the core LeaseWave® suite. Users have the ability to create different roles and then assign each customer to a particular role. A-grade customers can, for instance, be given access to the entire LeaseWave® Lessee lease management web site; B-grade customers can be given access to certain portions of it; while C-grade customers can get limited or no access. This flexibility also allows lessors to bundle certain services (such ascertain custom-reports) and only afford the relevant access rights to paying customers.
Each lessee logging into the lease management website gets a unique user name and password that is automatically emailed to them when their accounts are set up. Once this is done, lessees have the ability to change their user names and passwords themselves. Whenever necessary, lessors can reset the user names and passwords of the lessees, as well.
LeaseWave® Lessee can be set up to piggy back right off the lessor’s home page. To promote brand recognition and loyalty, it can also be easily customized to match the motifs and themes of the lessor’s website.
