If desired, lessors can use the LeaseWave® Funding lease management software system to allow funding sources to manage the lease termination process. Funding sources can view both speculative and active payoff quotes that may have been generated against their leases. This allows lessors to communicate information regarding a lease termination or buy-out to funding sources in a wholly friction-free environment; every time a payoff quote is generated in the core LeaseWave® lease management suite, it is automatically available for viewing through use the LeaseWave® Funding system.
Furthermore, the LeaseWave® Funding system can also be configured to allow funding sources to generate payoff quotes themselves. A payoff quote, once generated by the funding source, is instantaneously available in the core LeaseWave® leasing system for processing. The operational efficiencies realized by this real-time communication create significant cost and time savings during the lease termination process.
