Funding Source Access: Access & Control

The access rights of a funding source to the LeaseWave® Funding lease management portal are completely controlled by the lessor in the core LeaseWave® lease management software suite. System administrators have the ability to create different roles and then assign each funding source to a particular role. Control can even be defined for each funding source at the user-level such that different users belonging to the same funding source have different types of access rights, leveraging off the role-based security that is available throughout the LeaseWave® lease management suite.

Each funding source logging into the website gets a unique user name and password that is automatically emailed to them when their accounts are set up. Once this is done, funding sources have the ability to change their user names and passwords themselves. Whenever necessary, lessors can reset the user names and passwords of the funding sources, as well.

Much like the LeaseWave® Lessee system, the LeaseWave® Funding lease management system can be set up to piggy back right off the lessor’s home page. To promote brand recognition and loyalty, it can also be easily customized to match the motifs and themes of the lessor’s website.

• Create an unlimited number of security roles for access to LeaseWave® Funding
• Assign security roles to each funding source, thereby controlling the scope and level of access to LeaseWave® Funding
• Control funding source security at the user-level, such that different users belonging to the same funding source have different access rights
• Replicate role-based security used for easier input across funding sources
• Define time sensitive access such that access is restricted to defined time periods
• Using LeaseWave®’s proprietary e-Protect mechanism, specify the computers from which users can log on and disallow access from “non-registered” computers
• Automatically provide funding sources (via email) with their user name and password access to LeaseWave® Funding when their accounts are set up, if desired
• Allow funding sources to manage their user names and passwords independently on LeaseWave® Funding, while still retaining the ability to reset them whenever desired
• Configure LeaseWave® Funding to piggy back right off the company home page
• Private label LeaseWave® Funding to fit the motifs and themes of the company website, thereby promoting brand recognition and loyalty
