Fleet Management: Accident Management

The LeaseWaveŽ Fleet fleet management software system extensively tracks vehicle accidents via its comprehensive accident management capability. Users can record accident information and attach notes, photographs, diagrams and other documents regarding accidents in the fleet management system. They can also track and manage multiple estimates for accident repairs. An estimate, once accepted, freezes the estimate retrieval process and can be used to automatically generate an accident-related maintenance-PO in the fleet management system.

Record and track accident-related information
Attach notes and other records associated with accidents to each accident instance
Create and manage accident estimates from various vendors for each accident instance
Record multiple (unlimited) accident estimates for each accident
Choose to accept one (and only one, if desired) estimate to freeze the estimate retrieval process
Manage accident related insurance information when recording an accident
Automatically link to the maintenance PO sub-system to create an accident-related maintenance-PO
