By leveraging the capabilities of the LeaseWave® WorkFlow workflow management system, the LeaseWave® Broker leasing system provides brokers with a powerful document management tool. Documents can be defined at various levels, including customer, lease, asset and broker. Not only can the requirement criteria and formatting of the documents be carefully controlled, but they can also be broker-specific, with full version controlling.
The LeaseWave® Broker lease management system allows for the easy generation of documents, using a document template functionality. Moreover, there are no restrictions on the formatting, size and number of each document. Version control is also implemented. Should concessions and other special circumstances (including those that take the form of riders) be negotiated in a particular transaction, they can be tracked comprehensively. As everything is electronic, the archival process is also naturally implemented, allowing for the easy retrieval of specific documents at any later point.
