Business Analyst
- Candidate Requirements
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual, preferably w/ demonstrated client relationship management abilities
- Bachelors degree in Economics / Business Management /Business Administration or similar
- Understanding of Financial / Managerial accounting
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work in a challenging and rigorous environment
- 5 years experience in consulting or consulting-related job/s
- Consult the client about the business and software decisions they make and offer them sound industry-specific advice
- Maintain a good communication process with the client
- Advise the client at anytime during the project lifetime or after
- Ability to asses and resolve conflict
- Job Specifications
- Understand the technical and financial (mainly lease) accounting aspects of the company's products
- Analyze and break-down client business models to recommend how best to leverage products and industry best practices
- Attention to detail in order to gather client requirements and analyze the business model in relation to clients of similar size and market
- Ability to travel to client sites (5-8/yr) for various reasons including participation in sales meetings, detailing understanding of client’s business-models and requirements, providing training or performing other follow-ups with client
- Design changes and enhancements to company's products to meet client business-models
- Manage client expectations, from both a PR and a technical standpoint
- Identify and execute opportunities to generate revenue
- Some experience with user training
- Understanding of entire product-development life-cycle for each client installation
- Potential travel to India to transfer knowledge to company's R&D operations
- Assist with ongoing support of installed clients with various accounting / technical issues
Sr. Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Economics / Mathematics / Business Management or similar
- Preferred background: Classes in Financial / Managerial accounting
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work in a challenging and rigorous environment
- 3-5 years experience in consulting or consulting-related job/s
- Job Specifications
