IT Infrastructure Manager
- Experience : 5 - 8 years
- Positions : 1
- Formulate processes for managing IT infrastructure.
- Should be able to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Develop, maintain, support and optimize key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure and data communications.
- Coordinate the resolution of all corporate help desk activities.
- Oversee IT-related asset purchases and manage software licenses on a company-wide basis.
- Comply with and enforce standard company policies and procedures.
- Easily recognize areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation.
- Certification in networking, IT security etc will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical skills in Windows architecture and Microsoft Technology stack.
- Technical infrastructure knowledge of global networks, including LAN, WAN, VPN technologies, network, hardware such as Cisco, server operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Virtual Server/Hyper-V, server hardware such as Dell, HP, Compaq, and IBM, and standard and IP based phone systems.
Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer for Application Support
- Experience : 2 - 4 years
- Positions: 1
- Sound technical experience in C#,ASP.Net.
- Experience in MS SQL Server 2000/2005 database development.
- Experience with a business application in the BFSI domain.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage / lead a team of 10-15 members.
- Ability to provide functional and technical support to customers across geographies in multi-shift mode.
- Ability to develop strong technical and functional knowledge of large business applications.
- Ability to prioritize issues reported by clients based on severity.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for defects / bugs and institute fixes as needed.
- Ability to proactively engage in communication with client end users via email, teleconference, video-conference, etc.
- Ability to manage company telephone “hotline” and defect tracking tool.
- Ability to work with Product and Development Teams when changes to the application are needed.
- Ability to understand and resolve performance related issues.
- Ability to manage software release process.

Software Engineer

- Strong technical knowledge in Asp.Net, C #, Ajax
- Strong technical knowledge in SQL Server 2005 / Oracle 10g
- Experience in developing application software
- Experience with a business application in the BFSI domain preferable.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to understand and resolve performance related issues.
- Ability to manage software release process.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
