Business Analyst
Candidate Requirements
  • Highly organized, self-motivated individual, preferably w/ demonstrated academic excellence
  • Bachelors degree in Economics / Mathematics / Business Management or similar
  • Preferred background: Classes in Financial / Managerial accounting
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work in a challenging and rigorous environment
  • 2-5 years experience in consulting or consulting-related job/s
Job Specifications
  • Understand the technical and financial (mainly lease) accounting aspects of the company’s products
  • Analyze and break-down client business models to recommend how best to leverage products
  • Travel to client sites (~3/yr) to detail understanding of their business-models and requirements
  • Design changes and enhancements to company’s products to meet client business-models
  • Manage client expectations, from both a PR and technical standpoint
  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue
  • Oversee / Assist in overseeing entire product-development life-cycle for each client installation
  • Potentially travel to India (~ 1/yr) to transfer knowledge to company’s R&D operations
  • Assist with ongoing support of installed clients with various accounting / technical issues

Marketing / Sales Executives and VP’s
Candidate Requirements
  • 5+ years of leasing industry experience
  • Extensive Sales & Marketing background
  • Knowledge of lease accounting / management a plus
  • Technical knowledge / experience a plus
  • Relocation to Philadelphia required
