Madhu worked for Crowe-Chizek, LLP before joining Odessa, Inc. at its inception. He brings extensive experience in software technologies, lease management and lease accounting. At Crowe-Chizek he consulted for multi-national projects that provided Caterpillar Inc. with a global solution for distributors and financiers of Caterpillar generators. He has spoken on a wide range of leasing topics at various national and international forums. He has also written for leading industry publications. Madhu graduated magna cum laude from Monmouth College, USA with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and minors in Business Administration and Accounting.
Jay brings specialized experience in leasing software technologies and operations management. He worked for Ernst and Young, LLP and consulted for the Dispute Analysis and Investigation wing of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP before joining Odessa. At Ernst & Young, he helped develop the State of Industry report for India's auto-finance industry. He was also involved in the design and deployment of proprietary Intellectual Asset Management software that helped large multinational corporations manage their patent portfolios and budget their R&D spending. Jay graduated magna cum laude from Haverford College, USA, with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematical Economics, with high honors.
Kevin worked for Talson Solutions, LLC and for the Financial Advisory Services group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP before joining Odessa. He brings extensive experience in lease accounting, financial modeling, accounting and auditing practices, including contract compliance. At Talson, he consulted for various national companies and sports franchises in auditing their capital expenses and budgets. At PWC, he led the development of models for Fortune 500 companies that determined where and how best to focus their patenting and R&D efforts. Kevin graduated from Haverford College, USA, with a Mathematics Economics degree with high honors.
Jeff worked for the Financial Advisory Services group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PWC) before joining Odessa. At PWC, he consulted for various Fortune 500 companies and assisted them in areas of litigation consulting as well as financial statement carve-outs. He led teams in defense of Department of Justice pricing investigations and data analysis for large health care providers. He brings extensive experience in lease finance, accounting, and business practices. At Odessa, he oversees projects and business consulting efforts for large customers. Jeff holds an Economics degree from Haverford College, USA.
Jim worked for GE Capital for over 18 years where he held various positions including General Manager of GE Capital Equipment Finance, Ontario, Canada. Just before joining Odessa, he worked as Vice President, Business Development for Genpact, a globally renowned business process outsourcing firm originally started by General Electric. He also brings extensive leasing-industry experience, having co-founded a company that developed lease origination management software that continues to be sold today. Jim graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Jeba worked for India Internet Media (a joint venture with Excite.com) before joining Odessa. At Internet Media, he helped deploy some of the largest portals built for the Indian market. He played a lead role in the design and development of these web portals, ensuring that they were engineered to manage large volumes of traffic and data transfer. He was also principally involved in the establishment of design processes and best practices in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies at various mid-sized firms. Jeba has been the technical architect behind every version of LeaseWave so far and manages Odessa’s R&D department.
Robert oversees projects and business consulting efforts. He brings extensive experience in application development, data modeling and economic analysis. Previously, Robert worked for the New Jersey Department of Education and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. At NJDOE, he led a transition to internet-based data collections; was a co-author of the state’s Comprehensive Educational Improvement and Financing Act, and served as Special Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner. At the Fed, he helped improve software used by the Flow of Funds section. Robert holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Carleton College.
