Madhu Natarajan & Jay Mehra
Madhu Natarajan worked for Crowe-Chizek, LLP before joining Odessa Technologies, Inc. Natarajan brings extensive experience in software technologies, lease management and lease accounting. At Crowe-Chizek he consulted for multi-national projects that provided Caterpillar Inc. with a global solution for distributors of Caterpillar generators. He has spoken on a wide range of leasing topics at various national and international forums. He has also written for leading industry publications. Natarajan graduated magna cum laude from Monmouth College,USA with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Business Administration and Accounting.
Jay Mehra brings specialized experience in leasing software technologies and operations management. He worked for Ernst and Young, LLP and consulted for the Dispute Analysis and Investigation wing of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP before joining Odessa. At Ernst & Young, he was involved in the State of Industry report for India's auto-finance industry. He was also involved in the design and deployment of proprietary Intellectual Asset Management software that helped large multinational corporations manage their patent portfolios and budget their R&D spending. He graduated magna cum laude from Haverford College, USA, with a Mathematical Economics degree with high honors.
Mehra and Natarajan have been with Odessa Technologies, Inc. from its beginning years. Together they have helped develop and realize the company's mission of developing cutting-edge lease accounting and asset management software for the global leasing industry. Fueled by its own revenues, they were instrumental in turning Odessa into a multi-national company in 2001, with two offices in India and head-quartered in Philadelphia, USA. As of 2005, it is the only company in the world marketing Internet-based lease accounting technology, serving some of the industry's largest companies, including from the Fortune 100.
Dr. Gokul Ghia is the former CEO and owner of Allied Photographics, Ltd., a diversified photographic equipment supplier. He changed his focus when he helped found Odessa’s software development center. Dr. Ghia was instrumental in the building of LeaseWave and the consquent implementation of Odessa’s development model. Dr. Ghia graduated from Oxford University, England, and later obtained his Phd in Statistics from Yale University.
Kevin Schroeder
Kevin Schroeder worked for Talson Solutions, LLC and for the Financial Advisory Services group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Schroeder brings extensive experience in lease accounting, financial modeling, accounting and auditing practices, including contract compliance. In ensuring contract compliance, he has worked with various national companies and sports franchises in auditing their capital expenses and budgets. He was instrumental in developing models for Fortune 500 companies with extensive intellectual capital concerns; the models helped companies determine where and how best to focus their patenting and R&D efforts.
Jeba Dharma Singh
Jeba Singh worked for India Internet Media (a joint venture with Excite.com) before joining Odessa. At Internet Media, he helped deploy some of the largest portals built for the Indian market. He played a lead role in the design and development of these websites, ensuring that they were engineered to manage large volumes of traffic and data transfer. Today, Jeba brings his extensive experience in web-based applications and software best practices to the Odessa team.
