Odessa Technologies, Inc.’s Bangalore office just returned from its annual getaway trip: this year, it was a three-day holiday in Goa. “We’ve had a great 2009,” said Ruchira Chakravarty, Manager, Human Resources. “This trip gave us a chance to unwind after, what has been, a particularly busy last 12 months. It is very important to us that we enjoy our success and celebrate with all our stakeholders. That's why, it was lovely to see staff bring their families. We see them as an extension of our team; this was our way of saying thank you to them for all the support that they provide us." Ms. Chakravarty was not sure what the plans were for next year. "It is going to be difficult to top this, " she added.
