The product is designed to be a data warehouse that consolidates data from all LeaseWave products as well as data from other external third-party databases through readily incorporated feeds. LeaseWave Analytics was designed to give lessors access to the power of trend/portfolio analysis, Key Performance Indicator tracking and Service Level Agreement management. It also facilitates ease in creating user-defined reports.
LeaseWave Analytics is a graphical dashboard-based tool that allows for sophisticated data-mining. The more than one thousand tables that make up the LeaseWave lease management suite are de-normalized for easy and quick consumption through a consolidated datawarehouse. The user can carry out financial and mathematical analysis of data over any period of time for which data is available. Non technical end-users can also construct their own user defined reports through a graphical interface; these reports can also be exported to industry standard file formats such as Microsoft Excel for deeper analysis. Additionally, through metrics-based feedback on business process efficiencies, lessors can empirically evaluate the efficiency of any workflow based business process, immediately identifying bottlenecks and trends.
